The fact that this book appears from two publishers is a bit of a mystery. The Cambodia Daily Press is much more common and shows up in multiple news paper articles. It's not clear which came first.

In 2016, J.K. Rowling's "Contacts" page of publishers listed "Japan Relief for Cambodia" as the rights-holder. It is a non-profit NGO that was founded by the same person as Cambodia Daily.
There is a diacritic missing here so it is a mistake. However, leaving it as an alternate name so that can be searched and flagged as such given that it has been here a long time and I'm not sure about its origins.
