This book is only attributed to Aghyar Das as translator, but I'm not willing to consider it a different translation without more information.

This appears to be an abridged version of the translation. It was published after the translation so I am making the assumption that it is based on the translation. I have very few details about it, so it possibly might include more than PS. Or perhaps it was published in response to the 2003 copyright crackdown that happened (see source articles). Edit: not likely in response to the crackdown as the book was published in January according to the copyright page and the crackdown was later.
