The preface of the book makes it reasonably clear that "Satan" in the title is in reference to Voldemort. It appears that throughout the translation itself, that isn't a reference that is made.

Chapter 10, Halloween, was not included for some reason. True for the two exemplars we have thus far seen. It appears intentional as the chapters are still sequentially numbered; The Man with Two Faces is Chapter 16, rather than 17.
